A GUIDE TO RECEIVING TREATMENTS & SERVICES
At Nava Wellness & Med Spa, we are committed to providing a serene and respectful environment for all our clients. Our Service Etiquette guidelines are designed to ensure that each client has a comfortable, enjoyable, and beneficial experience. These guidelines cover everything from arrival times to cancellation policies, ensuring clear communication and expectations. We also provide guidance on how to prepare for your treatments and what to expect during your visit. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular client, adhering to our Service Etiquette helps us provide you with the best possible care and service.
At Nava Wellness & Med Spa, we strive to create a relaxing environment for all our guests. We recommend casual attire and advise against bringing jewelry or other valuables as we do not carry jewelry insurance. For the comfort of all guests, we request that only those receiving services visit our facility and that all electronic devices be turned off during your visit.
We encourage advance reservations to ensure preferred treatments are available. A credit card, gift certificate, or membership number is required to secure your reservation. When booking a service, package, or series, full name, contact details, and credit card information of the person responsible for the reservation are required. In the event of a “No Show”, a 30% charge of services booked will be billed to the credit card on file.
All treatments begin at the scheduled time, and guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment for check-in. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time. We advise against bringing jewelry to the Spa, but if necessary, it should be removed at our reception area desk and placed with your personal belongings.
Prior to treatment, guests are asked to inform our center of any health conditions, professional treatments or active ingredient products being used. Post-treatment recommendations will be provided by your therapist. All services performed in our center contain some form of exfoliant & electrotherapy, hence it’s important to follow pre and post-treatment precautions for your well-being.
Payment is expected when services are rendered. Gratuities are part of the Therapist’s salary, and at your discretion. If not specified, an automatic 15% gratuity will be added to the bill. We accept cash, checks (for established clientele only), Visa, and Mastercard.

- Office Hours: 10 AM – 2 PM
- Clinic Hours: 12 PM – 7 PM
Thursday:
- Office Hours: 10 AM – 2 PM
- Clinic Hours: 12 PM – 7 PM
Friday:
- Office Hours: 10 AM – 2 PM
- Clinic Hours: 9 AM – 2 PM
Saturday:
- Office Hours: Closed
- Clinic Hours: By appointment
Sunday:
- Office Hours: Closed

- You may return for a full refund within seven days accompanied by a receipt.
