We kindly request a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied towards your spa services on the day of your spa experience. In the event of any cancellations on the day of the spa experience, the deposit will be utilized. We accept payments through PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, or check.

Booking Your Spa Experience

We recommend making reservations in advance to ensure your preferred treatments are available. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. For spa packages or single services, please provide the full names of guests, contact details, and credit card information of the person making the reservation. Full payment will be charged at the time of booking and placed on a gift card for use on the day of your service. Gratuities are preferably paid in cash or checks directly to the therapists.

COVID-19 Sanitation and Safety Measures

Our therapists are confirmed healthy and will wear hair, mouth, and shoe covers during services. We will take body temperatures before treatments and use disposable items where possible. Linen will be sterilized at 150ºF, and sanitizing cleaners for metal implements will be used pre and post-treatment.

Pre-Treatment Guidelines

Please inform us of any health conditions, professional treatments, or active ingredient products you’re using. You’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire before treatment. Please take the time to answer all questions accurately.

Post-Treatment Care

Additional Service Guidelines

All services include some form of exfoliation, so avoid shaving, sunbathing, exfoliating, waxing, or receiving other professional treatments in the areas being treated 7-10 days before and after receiving services. Male clients should shave right before their facial. Only one heat treatment is recommended per day. Pregnant women and guests with heart conditions should avoid all heat treatments. 

If you wear contact lenses, remove them prior to treatment. Please turn off your cell phones and pagers inside the spa. Gratuities are part of the Therapist’s salary and at your discretion, with 15%, 18%, or 20% of the menu price being customary. If no gratuity amount is specified, an automatic 15% will be added to the bill. We follow extensive sterilization and sanitation procedures and utilize green organic household cleaning products and laundry detergent in our facility.

At Nava Wellness & Med Spa, we value your time and ours. Each service involves careful preparation, the use of premium products and equipment, and the dedicated time of our professional staff. These resources are reserved specifically for you. 

Therefore, in the event of a “No Show”, where a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, a charge of 30% of the booked services will be billed to the credit card we have on file. This policy helps us maintain a higher availability of our services for you as well as for other clients.
